Say hello to your new grilling obsession 🔥 This Sweet & Spicy BBQ Glaze is good on everything. And the prunes? They're the secret to all the goodness.

Full Recipe:

Sweet & Spicy BBQ Glaze:
1/2 cup Sunsweet Amaz!n Prunes (about 5 - 6 prunes)
2 cloves garlic
1/2 cup spicy BBQ sauce

Skewers:
1 lb chicken breast, cut into chunks
1/2 red onion, cut into pieces
1–1 1/2 cups pineapple chunks
Salt + pepper

Instructions:
1. Prep the chicken, red onion, and pineapple by cutting everything into skewer-sized pieces. Lightly season the chicken with salt and pepper.
2. Assemble skewers by alternating chicken, red onion, and pineapple pieces. Set aside.
3. Add prunes, garlic, and spicy BBQ sauce to a blender and blend until smooth. Reserve a little sauce for dipping or serving.
4. Grill skewers over medium heat for about 8–10 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is almost fully cooked.
5. Brush skewers generously with the BBQ prune glaze and cook for another 2–3 minutes, allowing the sauce to caramelize slightly.
6. Add extra sauce on top or serve on the side for dipping. Enjoy as is or serve over rice!
