    64% tomatoes, whole
    20% water
    7.6% tomato paste
    6.39% Fresh Plum Concentrate
    1% olive oil
    .31% salt
    .22% granulated onion
    .13% granulated garlic
    .14% basil
    .1% Mediterranean oregano
    .11% ground black pepper

Instructions

    For commercial sauce production: Grind tomatoes until smooth. Combine all ingredients and heat to 240°F. Cook 8 minutes, then proceed to pack in jars. If more oregano or basil flavor is desired, add flavored aquaresins.
