113 g / 4 ounces pecans
113 g / 4 ounces almonds
12 g / 1/2 tablespoon honey
10 g / 1/2 tablespoon Fresh Plum Concentrate
1 g / 1/4 teaspoon salt
Preheat the oven to 300F. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper and lightly coat with nonstick cooking spray.
In a large bowl, mix together the nuts, honey, concentrate, and salt until thoroughly coated. Spread across the baking sheet and bake for 40 minutes, rotating once halfway through to promote even browning. Cool completely. Store nuts in an airtight container.
